Arch Home Interiors crafts a brand-led sales office for Al Thuriah Group
Bringing a new level of sophistication into corporate design, Al Thuriah Group’s new two-level Sales Office embodies a hospitality-driven vision crafted by Arch Home Interiors (AHI). The design leans into a rich material palette with chevron oak flooring, Ceppo di Gré stone, micro-cement finishes and sculptural GRC concave wall panels that are layered with curated furniture pieces to strike a balance between contemporary restraint and residential warmth. The journey begins on the ground floor, where the reception and arrival lounge introduce visitors to a serene interpretation of the Al Thuriah identity. Ceppo di Gré underfoot, softly illuminated concave wall panels and a custom-built reception desk set a refined architectural tone, while micro-cement walls and sculptural lighting enhance the sense of quiet sophistication.
Furniture selections such as the Miniforms Soda glass side table and a mix of globally recognised and locally crafted pieces bring a curated sensibility to the space. Styled with natural florals, earthy ceramics and tonal neutrals, the lounge feels warm and grounded, signalling a hospitality-forward approach that transitions seamlessly to the upper level.

Elevated both literally and stylistically, the eighth-floor office expands the design language into an airy, open-plan environment. Micro-cement walls and the recurring GRC panels maintain continuity, while the Ceppo di Gré flooring guides visitors through a rhythm of seating zones, collaborative areas and circulation paths before giving way to chevron oak across the main workspace.
The layout unfolds intuitively past a glass-framed accounts office and toward a central model display island presenting Al Thuriah’s latest developments. Two guest seating hubs punctuate the space with soft curves and warm tones: cream sofas and camel Gubi Pacha chairs are gathered around marble-and-oak coffee tables, resting on organic rugs. Concealed within the clean wall planes is integrated storage and a hidden access door leading to the washrooms, ensuring the workspace remains visually calm and uninterrupted.

AHI has crafted a workspace that transcends traditional office design, reflecting a brand narrative built on quality and considered detail. The result is an office that feels at once elevated, calm and unmistakably aligned with the brand’s ethos.
