identity Design Awards 2023 is now open for submissions

The event is set to take place on the 15 of November, 2023.

Launched in 2015, the 9th edition of the awards falls perfectly in time for 21st celebration of the magazine. Submissions are now accepted from design and architecture practices from across the globe with projects in the Middle East and North Africa. This year, we’ve added a new category to celebrate the young talent in the region.

In the past, only regional firms were invited to submit their projects, however the latest decision has been made to acknowledge and celebrate the diversity of projects and creatives working across the region, regardless where they are based in the world.

Need to know

The Gala event is set to take place on the 15 of November, 2023.

One of the most important criteria is that the projects will need to be based in the region that we cover (that’s the MENA) and 100% completed by the closing deadline for nominations.

The projects have to have been fully delivered in the past year, so for this year’s awards, between 1 August 2022 to 1 August 2023. We also ask that you submit actual photos of the projects and not renders.

The nominations close on 6 October 2023, with shortlist scheduled to be announced on 16 October.

To enter your projects, please visit the identity Design Awards website.  You can also click here for sponsorship and event enquiries, as well as table bookings for the event.

The nominations are open and free for all to enter.
