Some of our latest projects highlight our unwavering commitment to innovation and cultural relevance. Additionally, we have successfully designed the prestigious Rixos Financial District Branded Residences, setting new standards for luxury and functionality.

Please mention some of your proudest achievements as a firm (Top 3 projects).

We’re honored to have contributed to iconic projects that leave a lasting impact. Recent highlights include reimagining The Red Palace Boutique Hotel, where we seamlessly blended historic preservation with modern functionality. Another milestone is designing the extraordinary Trojena ski village, a visionary part of NEOM’s futuristic landscape. Finally, the SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences stands as a testament to our expertise in creating vibrant, innovative spaces that redefine urban living.

How would you describe your design philosophy?

Our design philosophy is rooted in rigorous research, emphasising architecture’s role in shaping cultural and environmental contexts. In the Middle East, we focus on integrating historical influences into forward-thinking designs. We view each project as equally significant, prioritising emotional connections between people and spaces. While efficiency is essential, we believe designs must evoke emotion to truly succeed, creating environments that elevate the human experience.

As this is the power issue, what empowers you and your team?

At Aedas, empowerment stems from knowledge sharing and a hands-on leadership approach. We are committed to continuously raising the bar through agility, innovation, and proactive adaptation. Senior leaders, including myself, remain deeply involved in every project, ensuring accessibility and collaboration at every level. Empowering our teams means fostering an environment of trust, creativity, and growth. By providing guidance and encouragement, we enable our talented professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Excellence isn’t just an aspiration for us—it’s embedded in our culture and the driving force behind everything we do.
