Nakheel unveils the Beach and Coral collections.
Palm Jebel Ali’s Beach and Coral Collections articulate two architectural attitudes for Dubai’s next waterfront, bringing global design thinking to a new, carefully considered shoreline.
Along Dubai’s expansive coastline, Palm Jebel Ali is set to emerging as a carefully considered architectural landscape, one where the city meets the Arabian Gulf through design rather than spectacle.
Conceived as a new shoreline rather than simply an island, the masterplan frames light, water and long horizons as the primary design drivers.
Within this setting, Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, introduces two villa portfolios that articulate the island’s residential character: The Beach Collection and The Coral Collection. Together, they form the final and most expansive release of premium waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, offering a distilled view of the architectural language shaping the destination as construction progresses.
At the heart of both collections will be a philosophy of belonging: Belonging to the landscape, to the Gulf’s shifting tones, and to a refined expression of coastal living calibrated for Dubai’s future.
“Palm Jebel Ali stands as a symbol of Dubai’s vision and enduring ambition. This latest release of villas reinforces Nakheel’s commitment to excellence in design, delivery and community creation.” — Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Holding Real Estate

The Beach Collection adopts a calm, horizontal architectural language, prioritising openness and visual continuity over formal drama. The five- and six-bedroom villas are conceived to dissolve the boundary between inside and out, using long sightlines, expansive glazing and generous terraces to draw the shoreline deep into the home. Floor plans favour lateral movement and fluid transitions, while understated material palettes reinforce a sense of clarity and calm, allowing architecture and landscape to operate as a single composition.
In contrast, The Coral Collection explores a more expressive architectural approach. Six- and seven-bedroom villas are defined by bolder geometries, layered terraces and rooftop lounges that capitalise on elevated views across the archipelago.
Carved volumes, textured finishes and sculptural massing create distinctive silhouettes against open water, offering a more assertive interpretation of waterfront living while maintaining a disciplined relationship between interior spaces and the outdoors.

Beyond individual homes, Palm Jebel Ali is conceived at an urban scale. Spanning seven islands across 13.4 kilometres, with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront, the development establishes a new growth corridor in Jebel Ali, aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Community infrastructure will include a 9,000-square-metre retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, offering a contemporary interpretation of Islamic architecture shaped by light, form and contemplation.
Together, The Beach Collection and The Coral Collection present two complementary responses to the same coastline. One is serene and horizontal, the other sculptural and elevated. Both are grounded in architectural discipline, craftsmanship and a deep sensitivity to place.
