Healthcare design studio opens in Dubai Design District
Design-oriented solutions for the healthcare industry are showcased.
The positive contributions of interior design in patient outcomes has inspired the increased interest in physical environments. In response, Royal Ahrend has opened the first global Healthcare Innovation and Inspiration Studio in the Dubai Design District. In collaboration with key healthcare suppliers to showcase the latest in healthcare design, the Studio was designed by Massa Design and completed by Summertown Interiors, the UAE’s leading fit-out contractor specializing in green interiors.
“The new Royal Ahrend Healthcare Innovation and Inspiration Studio reflects the UAE’s journey towards becoming an innovative global healthcare hub. The healthcare industry is one of the UAE’s most promising growth sectors,” says Marcos Bish, Managing Director at Summertown.
Summertown Interiors was the first fit out contractor in the UAE to be awarded the LEED Gold certified interiors in the UAE. All projects are executed in accordance with the internationally recognized quality management system.
