A pendant lamp distinguished by its strong theatrical presence, Ortensia designed bt David Dolcini captures attention due to its unique wooden looks. Inspired by the complexity of the flower from which it takes its name, Ortensia reinterprets its form and aesthetic into a design composition that combines expressive strength with visual lightness. The silhouette develops through a sequence of elements in solid Canaletta walnut and oak, carefully arranged to create a balance between solids and voids, resulting in an airy and elegant structure. Light filters through the wooden discs, creating chiaroscuro effects that enhance the material richness of the wood. Ortensia transcends its functional role to become a statement piece, enriching interiors with a sophisticated and distinctive presence.
