Bold, tactile pieces with raw material honesty

1) Arès – Armchair – Brushed Steel by Roche & Frères

This special edition in velvet of the iconic Arès armchair, by ROCHE & FRÈRES is inspired by the metal parts of armor. The armchair takes on a warrior, masculine character, hence its name “Arès”, evoking the myth of the god of war in Greek mythology. The brushed stainless steel frame forms both the arms and the base. Deep red Wine velvet cushions contrast the silver metalwork. Raw in appearance, the curves bring balance between force and softness.

2) Dash Hanger designed by Yağmur Köylü for YET.

The Dash Hanger by Yet., crafted by designer Yağmur Köylü, transforms a functional element into a sophisticated art piece. It embodies the essence of deconstructivist design by exemplifying the concept of organised chaos, and defying conventional expectations. Dash reinterprets the coat hanger as an artistic statement.

3) Sharpened Ancora – Titanium Coffee Table by ORFEO STUDIO

This coffee table by ORFEO STUDIO is made entirely of sheet metal composed of elements connected to each other from beginning to end by a single line without interruption completely welded together and polished. The elements that compose it are designed and positioned with a well-defined parametric scheme that ensures a static balance to the piece.

4) Ode Three Legged Stool by Sizar Alexis

The Ode series serves as a poetic tribute to the profound aesthetics embedded within geometrical sculptural art, inviting us to contemplate the enigmatic allure of the historical hexagon, emphasised by the tree legged stool.

5) JEFFREY +kouple

A unique and striking lighting fixture, JEFFREY is made of recycled and sound absorbing materials. This use of PET-felt material adds an unexpected softness to the otherwise raw Brutalist shape.

6) Free System by Acerbis

Designed as a freeflow upholstered sofa system in 1973 by Claudio Salocchi, this system is based on the concept of an “operational flooring”, inspired by the tatami, in which modules can be freely combined. Corner modules, seats with interchangeable backrests, poufs and tatami elements shape a modular programme capable of generating a wide range of configurations: from islands that encourage a free, versatile and informal way of experiencing the living area to more classic linear or corner arrangements.
