Duravit’s XSquare wins 2019 Red Dot Award

Duravit’s versatile new range wins another prestigious accolade.

The Red Dot honoring the best products of each year, has been awarded to Duravit’s XSquare series. The contemporary furniture range, produced in conjunction with Kurt Merki Jr, has also been awarded the iF Design Award 2019.

High quality surfaces of varied materials in the cabinets and vanity units are all framed by quadrant-shaped chrome profiles to create the program’s uniquely striking elegance. The chrome profile is continued along the sides of the XSquare mirrors, which include such features as integrated heating and a contactless, infinitely variable colored light switching function.

XSquare offers a myriad of options when paired with current DuraSquare ranges including Vero Air, ME by Starch and P3 Comforts ceramic series. In addition, a variety of finishes and individual design options are available.

The Red Dot Award ‘Product Design’ honors the best products each year. Criteria for selection include the level of innovation and functionality, in addition to the high quality of design.
