TALATA to showcase ten designs.
The Dubai- based TALATA, which means three in Arabic, was formed by three innovative female Egyptian designers. They will showcase ten uniquely crafted and handmade furniture and accessory designs in Meet My Project, a special design pop-up at Next Agency, Viale Crispy 5 Breva, during Milan Design Week.
Though contemporary in ethos, the four distinctive lines in the launch collection – Raa’, Ebly, Bahary and The Chameleon – are inspired by various Egyptian historical, geographical and cultural elements, with each item handmade in Egypt. TALATA specializes in embracing modern design principles and manufacturing techniques while incorporating historically significant mediums and themes.
