A curated representation of Thai design and craftsmanship will be showcased during the Design & Hospitality Week by thirteen companies that are exemplary examples of the Thai ethos. A wide range of products and materials, including furniture, carpets, art and decorative objects, and lifestyle products will be presented. Throughout, the one thread that connects the collection is the encompassing Thai factor.
Thai industry is built on its highly skilled workforce of talented and artistic craftsmen, many of whom have been trained in the traditional methods passed down through the generations. Combining this with a rich diversity of sustainable natural resources such as bamboo, rattan, and water hyacinth, the Thai furniture industry has developed into a leader in responsible global standards.
