Meraas Unveils AED 850 Million Project, The Bvlgari Lighthouse

The Bvlgari Lighthouse is set to redefine penthouse living on Jumeirah Bay Island

Meraas from Dubai Holding Real Estate awarded Dutco Construction CO LLC an AED 850 million construction contract to build The Bvlgari Lighthouse. Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the lighthouse will be situated on Jumeirah Bay Island and is intended to be an architectural masterpiece that will add to Dubai’s skyline.

Scheduled for completion by Q2 2027, the Bvlgari Lighthouse will be a 27-story residential tower overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Drawing inspiration from the Italian jeweller Bvlgari, the design will feature their iconic Italian elegance and bold architectural style.

The multi-purpose development will comprise a variety of luxurious homes, making it an enticing spot for affluent clientele. The penthouses in the lighthouse will feature four to five bedrooms, exuding timeless elegance with lavish interiors, and offering an unparalleled living experience. At its pinnacle, the building will feature a one-of-a-kind, eight-bedroom Sky Villa that will occupy the top three floors. The penthouses will be accompanied by private mediterranean gardens, outdoor living rooms, and a private pool with a lounge area. Architectural coral layers will be used carefully to divide the residential apartments, providing privacy as well as filtering light, air, and the outside world.  The lighthouse will also include high-end retail stores and exclusive amenities, enhancing the lavish lifestyle of its occupants.

Our partnership with Dutco Construction marks a significant milestone as we advance towards realising this landmark project. Reflecting Bvlgari’s values of unrivalled craftsmanship and timeless elegance, our most exclusive new address is set to elevate the standard for luxury beachfront living at Jumeira Bay Island and maintain Dubai as a destination of choice.”
