The identity Design Awards 2022 winners revealed

The  eighth annual  identity Design Awards took place on 17 November 2022, at the Address  Montgomerie, Emirates Hills, in Dubai, celebrating projects in the Middle East across 13 categories in design, interiors and architecture. 

The winning projects spanned across the region including the UAE, Kuwait, Turkey and Lebanon for projects across hospitality, offices, residences – and for the first time, product design.

KAMEH picked up the Highly Commended prize for their KAMEH 0.1 Collection

LEISURE DIRECT WAS Highly Commended for its Enhance by Mediclinic project

Bone picked up the Restaurant award in Interior Design as well as winning the overall Design of the Year: Interior Design for its project, Erth

MULA Design Studio won the Highly Commended prize in the Interior Design – Restaurant award for Heaf Cafe

The WOW project – Aldar HQ by mustard&linen interior design won the Interior Design – Workspace award

Studio D04 picked up three awards, including the People’s Choice Award and Public Space award for Area Beige as well as the Interior Design – Residential award for its HA Villa

Hive Coliv by HIVE Coliv by Fadi Sarieddine Design Studio was Highly Commended for Interior Design – Residential

Killa Design picked up three awards for its Museum of the Future project, including Architecture – Cultural and the overall Design of the Year: Architecture as well as being Highly Commended in the Interior Design – Public Space category

LW Design was Highly Commended for The Dubai Edition

Brand Creative picked up the award for Interior Design – Health & Wellness

The Terraces by Accent Design Group won the Architecture – Residential award

Studio Toggle was Highly Commended for Architecture – Residential for its House in Faiha in Kuwait

Carl Gerges Architects won the Architecture – Hospitality award for Capo resort in Lebanon

T.Zed Architects was Highly Commended for Architecture – Cultural for its Canvas Event Pavilion

Dual Domes by Studio Saffar won the Product Design category

Dubai Expo 2020 Public Realm by Aecom + Asif Khan won the Outdoor Space award

Aedas picked up two prizes, including the Project of the Future award for its Trojena Ski Village as well as the Highly Commended prize for Architecture – Hospitality for Habitas Al Ula
