Meet Tariq Khayyat and Xiaosheng Li, Co-founders of tkdp

What are the latest exciting projects that you are working on that will come to life in the near future?

We are currently working on several exciting projects, including a lifestyle mall in Al Ain, a high-end residential development in Dubai, and a residential master plan in Abu Dhabi. These projects reflect our commitment to creating spaces that align with the evolving needs of modern communities.

 

Please mention some of your latest projects/achievements as a firm (Top 3)

  1. The Fold and H Residence, completed last year, have received international recognition and widespread press coverage, showcasing our expertise in designing community-focused, human-centric spaces.
  2. Construction has commenced on a luxury private residence in the prestigious Meydan area of Dubai.
  3. We’ve also initiated work on a luxury residential project in the south of Spain, expanding our footprint internationally.

How would you describe your ‘house style’ and design philosophy?

At tkdp, our design philosophy revolves around continuous research and innovation, enabling us to develop visionary architectural solutions that respond to the ever-changing demands of the market and the evolving lifestyles of communities. Our approach prioritises functionality, cultural relevance, and sustainability, ensuring our designs are both meaningful and impactful.
