In a groundbreaking collaboration with RAK Properties and SIE Group, Giorgio Armani has announced the launch of Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah. These villas will be the first branded residences by the brand in the world. Designed by the architects at Designlab, set within the pristine shores of Al Raha island within the Mina Al Arab masterplan, this ultra-exclusive project will comprise a limited collection of private beach villas and luxury apartments. Each residence offers direct private beach access and uninterrupted views over the Arabian Gulf. “This transformative partnership with Armani is a testament to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing appeal and our shared vision for the future of its premium real estate proposition. This development will not only set new standards for elevated living in the emirate, but will deliver lasting value and create an unparalleled lifestyle experience within Mina,” shares Sameh Muhtadi, CEO, RAK Properties.

Personally envisioned by Giorgio Armani and his architectural team, the design draws inspiration from his own homes, capturing the brand’s distinctive aesthetic of refined simplicity and timeless elegance. The residences feature meticulous attention to detail, premium materials, and thoughtful craftsmanship create an atmosphere of refined serenity. “New projects related to living fascinate me because I can bring the way of thinking of Haute Couture, that is, the use of precious materials and unique, tailored creations, into the space where we live. The villas developed in collaboration with RAK Properties, a true excellence in the sector, represent an important milestone in this journey and are even more significant because they are designed to integrate into the evocative surrounding marine landscape, offering a unique lifestyle experience,” shares Giorgio Armani.

Residents will also enjoy an extensive array of bespoke lifestyle amenities, including an exclusive members-only beach club, private wellness offerings, and access to curated services by Giorgio Armani. These include personalized concierge services, private experiences, global privileges, and invitations to special events across the Armani network.The launch comes at a momentous time for the brand, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa and the 50th anniversary of Giorgio Armani, marking half a century of influence in global fashion, design, and lifestyle.
