Record-breaking Award Year for GROHE

GROHE won 63 design awards in 2018, more than any previous year in its illustrious history.

Design, an essential component of GROHE’s core values, has been highly recognized by the international creative community as demonstrated by its record number of awards in 2018. A total of 63 coveted deign awards, the most ever in the company’s history, illustrate the importance of the GROHE’s design philosophy:

  1. The design must be consumer-centric and intuitive, creating an emotional connection.
  2. The design must be pleasurable for consumers to interact with for a long time.
  3. The design much achieve the optimum balance between aesthetics and function.

All the newest innovations, including digital innovations, kitchen and bath faucets collections to ceramic lines, shower systems and even architectural flush plates received accolades. The Water Security System GROHE Sense with 19 awards is now the most awarded product in the company’s portfolio.

The five newest GROHE innovations receiving prestigious accolades include:

  2. Shower control GROHE SmartControl concealed | 7 awards since launch i.a. Red Dot Design Award
  3. Water system GROHE Blue Home | 16 awards since launch i.a. ICONIC AWARD Innovative Interior Best of the Best
  4. Kitchen faucet collection GROHE Essence Professional | 9 awards since launch i.a. iF Design Award in Gold
  5. Faucet collection GROHE Lineare | 9 awards since launch i.a. German Design Award
