Designer Fabio Novembre is selected as Art Director of Driade.
Giuseppe Di Nuccio, leader of Driade’s new strategy, has appointed the prestigious Italian designer Fabio Novembre as Art Director for Italian Creation Group’s fashionable brand. Novembre expands his relationship with the aesthetic lab after years of being among the prestigious international designers, including Philippe Starck and Ludovica + Roberto Palomb, who create iconic products for Driade’s collections.
Purhaps Novembre’s most recognizable and iconic design for Driade is the nemo chair. Inspired by Greek masks with classic features, the hollowed out interior space, creates an armchair that envelopes the person within, simultaneously concealing and revealing its inhabitant.
Driade is an aesthetic workshop that strives for beauty in living spaces with furniture, pieces of art as well as objects for daily use. The creative lab creates products that are unique, eclectic and eccentric, but at the same time, elegant, timeless and most of all, joyful.
The Driade aesthetic lab resides under the umbrella of the Italian Creation Group that also includes FontanaArt (lighting), Valcucine (kitchens), and Toscoquatto (bathrooms).
