Cosmic collection reimagines the first lunar landing.
To celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the first lunar landing, the irreverent creative team of Diesel Living collaborated with the design team from Seletti. The resulting Cosmic Collection is an out-of-this-world assemblage of visionary tabletop objects that mix industrial metallics with the textures and bold colours and patterns of the orbiting celestial bodies in our solar system.
Each of the cosmic trays, plates and bowls is named after the lifelike image on its surface. Adding sparkle to an out-of-this-world tablescape are bronze celestial cutlery and lunar rocket that lands upright as a candle holder. Two whimsical astronaut vases are poised to explore the vast universe on the surface of a table.
Each item pops with the vintage style and visionary spirit of the provocative age of manned space exploration.
