Art Dubai 2021 is set to open its doors later this month in an entirely new venue, announcing plans to welcome visitors into its purpose-built venue at the Gate Building in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Set to take place from 29 March to 3 April 2021, the art fair “will operate at the highest COVID-19 safety protocols”, it says. In addition to the standard procedures, Art Dubai will be open for an extra day and for longer hours to allow for more visitors to access the fair while still implementing the laws for limited capacity.

This year’s edition of Art Dubai will feature 50 Contemporary and Modern galleries from 31 countries. In addition to viewing a diverse selection of artworks, visitors will also gain access  to a curated sculpture park featuring large-scale installations, including works by eight artists such as Emirati Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim and Hussain Sharif.
