Read about the Managing Director of BW Interiors, one of the visionaries on the id50 2025 list.

What are the latest exciting projects that you are working on that will come to life in the near future?

After a highly successful 2024, we are thrilled to be working on several new projects and 2025 is shaping up to be, yet again, another amazing year for BW Interiors. One of our new projects is Scott’s Dubai, the highly anticipated debut of London’s iconic restaurant in the UAE. Situated in DIFC, Scott’s Dubai will bring the timeless charm and elegance of its London counterpart to a prime location in Dubai’s culinary scene. In addition to Scotts we are involved in several other highly anticipated and iconic F&B venues soon to launch in the region which at this stage are under NDAs.

Another new project we are proud to be involved in is the refurbishment of Nusr-Et Steakhouse, one of Dubai’s most renowned dining destinations. This project focuses on enhancing the restaurant’s luxurious interiors while preserving the essence of its globally celebrated brand.

Beyond these high-profile hospitality projects, we are also working on several confidential high-end residential projects located in some of Dubai’s most prestigious areas, including Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay Island, Emirates Hills, and Dubai Hills. These bespoke residences are designed to embody luxury and exclusivity, crafted with meticulous attention to detail to meet the distinct preferences and lifestyles of our discerning clients.

Furthermore, we are currently engaged in two confidential blue-chip client commercial offices at Expo City and ICD Brookfield Place. These projects involve the fit-out of premium office spaces that reflect the clients’ prestigious stature, with every element tailored to create an inspiring and functional environment for their teams.

Please mention some of your latest projects/ achievements as a firm (Top 3)

Some of our most notable recent projects include the fit-out of Sexy Fish in DIFC, Dubai, which brought a vibrant and luxurious dining experience to one of the city’s most prestigious locations. We also had the privilege of working on 1920 at Level 52 of ICD Brookfield Place, DIFC, a project that redefined modern mixed use spaces with a sleek and sophisticated design. Additionally, our work on Bar des Prés and Il Gattopardo on Level 51 of ICD Brookfield Place further solidified our reputation for delivering exceptional, high-end hospitality interiors. At J1 Beach, we completed the fit-outs for Ninive Beach and Chouchou, two stunning beachside destinations that offer a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The work we’ve done on Zuma Dubai’s Ishigaki Wine Room in DIFC highlights our capability in creating unique, bespoke spaces that reflect the essence of a global brand. Lastly, we completed the fit-out of Paradiso, Tête À Tête, and Ronin at Five Luxe JBR, which are prime examples of our ability to deliver world-class interiors for some of Dubai’s most sought-after dining venues. These projects showcase our diverse expertise and commitment to excellence across various sectors, from fine dining to exclusive leisure spaces.

As this is the power issue, what empowers you and your team?

What empowers our team is a shared passion for excellence, creativity, and collaboration. At BW Interiors, we believe that every project is an opportunity to push the boundaries of craftsmanship to achieve the clients and designers vision to the highest standards of quality. We are driven by our core values of quality over quantity. What truly fuels us is our ability to work together as a cohesive unit, combining our diverse expertise to solve complex problems and create exceptional spaces.

We are humbled by the trust and confidence our clients place in us, many of which employ us on a single source basis. The satisfaction of seeing a project come to life, knowing that it will leave a lasting impact on the people who experience it, is what keeps us motivated. We are also inspired by our ability to adapt to the evolving demands of the industry, embracing innovation and new technologies that enhance the quality and efficiency of our work.

Ultimately, and by no means least, is the strong sense of purpose, common decency and respect for our staff and colleagues welfare that unites our team—our commitment to delivering world-class interiors and our belief in creating environments that not only look beautiful but also function seamlessly for the people who use them. This shared vision and the collaborative spirit that defines our team are what empower us to consistently exceed expectations.
