Elevate Outdoor Living with Crate & Barrel’s latest collection

With its thoughtful, elegant design, Crate & Barrel's 'Live Well Outdoors' collection is ideal for the Middle Eastern climate

Crate & Barrel, operated by Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, presents its latest outdoor collection just in time for the cooler months. The collection offers a selection of contemporary furniture, along with a cookware line developed in collaboration with Chef Eric Adjepong, perfect for creating comfortable outdoor spaces.

The collection serves as an extension of the home, blending comfort with a modern flair. With a focus on durability and versatility, the design creates timeless pieces that can be repurposed for indoor living once the cooler months are over.

The Mallorca outdoor sofa collection includes an armchair, and a 2-seater, with bold geometry and a neutral, light-toned design. The square armrests integrate clean lines with natural textures, offering a contemporary but also relaxed aesthetic. Its bold geometry is made from FSC®-certified wood and ethically sourced mahogany and eucalyptus. This collection was designed with form and function in mind, as its wide armrests can double as the practical surface for drinks, books, and small items. This feature enhances convenience by allowing users to relax without the need for side tables, making it ideal for outdoor locations where maximum functionality is desired.

The Andorra extendable dining table is thoughtfully designed to accommodate large gatherings, expanding to seat up to 10 guests with ease. Crafted from sustainable mahogany and eucalyptus, it offers a coastal, laid-back aesthetic while maintaining practicality for hosting. Reflecting regional customs where post-meal conversations are as important as the meal itself, the accompanying chairs prioritise comfort with their curved silhouette, inviting guests to stay and enjoy the space long after dinner. This blend of function and cultural sensitivity makes the Andorra table ideal for extended gatherings.

The Grotta collection features sculpted silhouettes and all-weather resin wicker, delivering a breezy coastal vibe. Its open-weave pattern gives the outdoor space a relaxed elegance that makes for a stylish hideaway.

The collection features two distinct lounge sets; The Cerca and The Seascape. The Cerca, described as the statement piece of the collection, is a striped 4-piece sectional with an ottoman that adds a playful touch to outdoor living. Its weather-resistant fabrics ensure long-lasting beauty, making it ideal for outdoor use. The Seascape, on the other hand, offers deep seating and cosy sectionals, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Its soft linen-textured slipcovers provide durability and flexibility. Both lounge sets utilise a modular design, allowing for flexible configurations that easily adapt to different spaces and occasions.
