On the 24th and 25th of December, guests will be able to enjoy a long list of teas and coffees from around the world at the classically designed lobby lounge with a special Bvlgari Afternoon Tea. For AED 350 per person, the experience combines an exquisite selection of the finest pastries and savories with an Italian contemporary twist inspired from the Festive season.
To celebrate Natale’s Eve with elegance and style, an exceptional Italian dinner is served at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito on the 24th December. This special six-course set menu, starting from AED 650, includes unique and exquisite dishes such as the marinated sea bream and its caviar, the lobster and its chickpeas cream, and the beef tenderloin paired with white truffle.
On the 25th of December, for lifetime family memories, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito turns as the perfect casual, yet impeccable, venue with a traditional festive-inspired Natale brunch. The special menu, starting from AED 500 per person, includes an open buffet of favourite Italian dishes, premium Festive ingredients and traditional sweets along with the tunes of a live entertainment band. To keep the kids entertained all afternoon, a special play-area is dedicated to them with lively and interactive activities including cooking classes where they become little chefs and learn how to make their own gingerbread houses.
NEW YEAR
The last day of the year is a flamboyant affair with the Gala Extravaganza at Il Café. From AED 1,150 per person and under a tapestry of sparkling stars, the venue is the ultimate place to be in Dubai on New Year’s Eve. With an elegant and upbeat setting to the tunes of a live band and interactive entertainment, guests can welcome the New Year 2019 while discovering the flavours of Italy through nine lavish stations including Festive iconic dishes such as oyster, roasted turkey and fresh seafood station. The beautifully lit and elegantly decorated outdoor terrace offers amazing views over the first worldwide Bvlgari Marina for memorable moments to enter the year.
For fancier and more contemporary Italian cuisine, guests can spend New Year’s Eve in the elegant settings of Il Ristorante – Niko Romito for a special black-tie dinner, a guaranteed crowd pleaser. With ingredients sourced directly from Italy, this culinary experience, starting at AED 1,400 per person, promises authenticity and a gastronomic exploration journey thanks to a menu of amazing dishes such as tortellini with truffle, beef tenderloin and traditional Panettone with chocolate.
For a more toned-down celebration, Hōseki with its minimalistic interiors and unique view over the Dubai skyline, is the perfect choice for an exclusive premium dinner starting from AED 2,000 per person. Following the fine cultural Japanese traditions, Chef Masahiro Sugiyama offers an Omakase experience, means “I leave it to you” discovery concept where he selects the dishes to create a tailor-made experience based on the special ingredients brought all the way from Tokyo.
