The identity Design Awards 2021 winners revealed
The seventh annual identity Design Awards took place on 17 November 2021, at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, celebrating projects in the Middle East across 18 categories in architecture and interior design.
The winning projects spanned across the region including the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Lebanon for projects across hospitality, offices and residences.

Orange Design Studio picked up the award for Outdoor Design for its HH Pavilion project.
Bone was awarded the Project of the Future trophy as well as being Highly Commended in the Restaurant category for its project Terra, in Dubai.
Mamzar Lagoon Beach by Dubai Municipality and Parsons Overseas Limited was Highly Commended for Project of the Year.
U+A won the Architecture – Commercial award for Al Wasl Experience Centre.
Dabbagh Architect’s Gargash Mosque in Dubai was awarded the Cultural Project award. The project was also Highly Commended in the Public Space category for Architecture.
The House of Wisdom by Shurooq and Foster + Partners picked up three prizes: Architecture- Public Space, Interior Design – Public Space as well as the overall Design of the Year for Architecture.
Casa Play in Lebanon by FAR Architects won the People’s Choice award.
Pinnacle Interiors won the newly introduced Fit Out award for The Coffee Lab.
Summertown Interiors’ Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority was Highly Commended for the Fit Out award.
Sensasia Stories by Roar won the Health and Wellness award.
Barakah Studio by Black Dot Interiors was Highly Commended in the Health and Wellness category.
L.S.Design was Highly Commended in Interior Design – Public Space for its Closet Case retail project in Dubai.
KCA International won the Interior Design – Hotel award as well as being Highly Commended in the Nightlife category.
H2R were Highly Commended in the Interior Design – Hotel category for its VIDA Umm Al Quwain project.
Bishop Design’s Deseo won the Nightlife award as well as being Highly Commended for Outdoor Design.
VSHD’s Orijins won the Restaurant award as well the overall Design of the Year for Interior Design.
Amer and Lamya’s Villa by Binchy & Binchy Architects was Highly Commended for Architecture – Residential.
