Design Miami Announces Gallery and Curio Program

Presentations from 13 countries will participate at the 15th edition of the global design forum.

Curatorial Director of Design Miami, Aric Chen, continues to direct the fair’s focus towards the material future of the planet with this year’s theme: Elements: Water, a companion to Design Miami/Basel’s theme: Elements: Earth.

A myriad of visual treats awaits visitors to the fifteenth edition of Design Miami, December 4-8, 2019.  Here is a mere sampling to whet your curiosity of all there will be to see and experience.

Kerr Fine Art will present Africa: Traditions-Art-Design, a Curio that explores traditional sacred and ceremonial art and its continued impact on modern and contemporary aesthetics.

Drawing on the water theme, Lexus is creating an immersive installation that will evocate sunshowers, bringing the natural, outdoor phenomenon inside.

Cristina Grajales Gallery and R & Company will present visionary commissions in glass.
