Clear your diary for a very special evening in Paris…
How does a private tour of the Louvre sound and then the chance to sleep in a mini-pyramid specially designed to celebrate the building’s 30th anniversary?
Airbnb and the Louvre are offering this experience as a competition prize to one winner and a guest (details below), who will arrive at the museum ON April 30 at sunset. They will be greeted by an art-historian who will take them on a bespoke tour, like those previously given to the Obamas, Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

Afterwards they will relax and toast the Mona Lisa with a Renaissance-inspired aperitif while while listening to some iconic French music on vinyl records.
Venus de Milo, goddess of love and beauty, will then “host” an extravagant feast in a pop-up dining room. Lastly, guests will be treated to an intimate acoustic concert in Napoleon III’s lavish Apartments. At the end of this special evening, the winners will retire to their bedroom under the pyramid and Parisian stars.

It’s not the only experience being offered by the Louvre. As Anne-Laure Béatrix, Deputy Managing Director of the Musée du Louvre has stated “With Airbnb’s partnership, we hope to encourage more people to discover how truly accessible and inspiring the wonders of art can be. “
