Luxury autos and demountable architecture make history relevant.
Design Miami/Basel, June 11-16, 2019, will include two not-to-be-missed exhibitions: an in-depth look at Jean Prouve’s demountable houses and Live La Dolce Vita at Stuart Parr’s Riviera Rendezvous.
Galerie Patrick Seguin will document the place Jean Prouve’s pioneering demountable houses in architectural history. It will examine the relevance in today’s world of structures that can be dismantled, moved and adapted to new environments.
Returning to Design Miami/Basel are a collection of vintage beach cars and luxurious sports cars from Stuart Parr. Not just for classic car buffs, the exhibit will offer a nostalgic glimpse into the design and lifestyle that has remained largely within the jet-set world.
