Sky High Comfort

At this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo, Airbus displays its latest aircraft interiors.

Airbus will showcase its latest cabin innovations with two full-scale Airspace cabin mock-ups at the 2019 Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg Germany, beginning on April 4.  The A320 features new overhead XL Bins and full-flat seats for long range comfort. The smaller A220 demonstrates comfort in a single-aisle aircraft in both economy and business seats.

Airbus will also provide a glimpse into future flying experiences with its new Cabin Vision 2030, inspired by airlines, tech companies and start-ups.

This year Airbus has been shortlisted in the Crystal Cabin Awards for two achievements for the ‘Lower-Deck Passenger Experience Modules, in cooperation with Safrar and for the new ‘X-tend Seat’ concept for over-wing seats on single-aisle aircraft.
