H&H collaborates often with star architects and designers. Why do you  choose to collaborate with them and what impact has it had so far?

Bossinis: We are committed to bringing the very best to the city—it’s in our DNA. By collaborating with renowned architects like David Chipperfield Architects on projects such as The Four Seasons Private Residences in DIFC, we ensure that aesthetic appeal is central to the development while creating functional spaces tailored to each location. The choice of architect and designer is always aligned with the vision of the project, as every development is unique in its location and client perspective. Our architects and designers craft bespoke solutions that meet the high standards we uphold, always with the residents’ needs in mind. Working with the best not only enhances our brand’s reputation but also solidifies its position, ensuring that each project meets the exceptional standards we maintain.

What are some of the trends in luxury living that you have observed?

Bossinis: We don’t follow trends; we create spaces that place our residents’ comfort at the center of every design. Our projects are built to last for generations, remaining relevant and meaningful for years to come. With a steadfast commitment to excellence in design, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on setting industry benchmarks, we ensure that each development leaves a lasting legacy.

What sets Eden Hills apart from other villa developments in Dubai Hills?

Bossinis: Eden Hills is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood featuring 327 villas, including 29 customizable plots, with five unique villa types across three distinct districts. Eden Hills is designed around the luxury of space where we’ve used the finest materials and finishes, with inspiration by renowned architects, surrounded by landscaping that seamlessly blends contemporary design with nature. Every detail has been carefully considered—from every corner to every tree. We’ve set the benchmark for excellence in what a community should be. At the heart of Eden Hills is a winding walkway along a Wadi, creating a central space that truly brings the community together. We created Eden Hills with every family in mind, homes that endure the test of time, passed down from one generation to the next.
