Noah Sofa by Vittoria Frigerio

Designed by R&D Vittoria Frigerio, Noah is a sculptural expression of comfort shaped by a dialogue between art and nature. Its sinuous, curved silhouette flows with an organic elegance, creating a sense of movement and harmony within the space. Vertical band detailing introduces rhythm and structure, subtly echoing the arches of classical architecture through a contemporary lens. Balancing softness with architectural precision, the design invites relaxation while making a refined visual statement. The Noah Sofa transforms seating into an experience, where poetic form and thoughtful craftsmanship come together in effortless sophistication. Available at Aati

Tower by Adorea design Cappelliti

Designed by Umberto Asnago in 2024, Tower is a refined shelving system that merges architectural rigor with material sensitivity. Its structure is defined by a harmonious interplay of wood, leather, and metal, creating a balanced yet expressive composition. The shelves are offered in natural, cocoa, warm grey, or black stained oak, while the vertical supports are fully wrapped in leather, adding warmth and tactile depth. Brushed burnished metal undershelves and a base available in black nickel, chrome, or burnished finishes introduce contrast and precision. With its open geometry and strong proportions, Tower achieves a rare equilibrium between visual presence and lightness, adapting seamlessly to contemporary interiors.

Gradient Table by Nader Gammas

Reflecting a sculptural approach to lighting, the design draws from Nader Gammas’ architectural thinking, where form and emotion are treated as one continuous expression. Rooted in his architectural background, the design explores rhythm, scale, and material balance to create a piece that feels both precise and intuitive. Light is shaped not just as function but as atmosphere, shifting perception within a space and adding a subtle emotional depth. With its refined geometry and considered proportions, Gradient embodies Gammas’ belief in lighting as an experiential element an object that transcends utility to become a quiet architectural presence within interiors.

Rodrigo Dining Table by Two Guys Home Furnishings

A contemporary design statement that brings together strength, simplicity, and refined elegance. Its sintered stone top, inspired by the natural movement of marble, delivers a sophisticated surface that is both durable and visually striking. Supported by brushed aluminium legs, the design emphasies clean geometry and structural clarity. The generous proportions create a sense of openness, making it ideal for both intimate meals and larger gatherings. Balancing practical performance with modern aesthetics, the Rodrigo Dining Table serves as a timeless centerpiece that enhances contemporary dining interiors with subtle luxury and architectural presence.

Bliss by BIC Carpets

Defined by understated luxury, it combines refined craftsmanship with exceptional comfort. Woven from bamboo silk, the velvety texture delivers a soft, luminous surface that enhances interiors with a subtle sheen. The collection offers varying pile heights to suit different preferences, from a refined low profile to a deeply plush feel underfoot. Designed for both residential and light contract settings, BLISS balances durability with indulgence. Made in Portugal, these carpets create a sophisticated foundation, bringing warmth, texture, and a quiet sense of elegance to contemporary living spaces.

Carpet Collections by Iwan Maktabi

Through two distinct collaborations, Iwan Maktabi expands the role of handwoven carpets, positioning them as active spatial and sculptural elements within contemporary design. In partnership with David/Nicolas and de Gournay, carpets are integrated into an immersive interior where rhythm, repetition, and line extend across surfaces, dissolving boundaries between wall and floor to create a continuous architectural experience shaped by material flow and atmosphere. In a second collaboration with Abeer AlRabiah and Albandari Sulaiman under Jusoor Design Collections, carpets are reinterpreted as sculptural seating forms inspired by coral ecosystems, translating textile heritage into tactile, three-dimensional objects. Across both projects, traditional hand-knotting is reimagined through a contemporary lens, where craft becomes a medium for spatial storytelling, material experimentation, and cultural reference.

Bespoke surfaces by Slo Ceramics

Slo is an artisanal surface that transforms interiors through texture and variation. Crafted from high-fire stoneware, each tile is individually made and finished with a layered glaze that reveals a dynamic interplay of tone and pattern. The hand-applied detailing introduces a sense of movement, ensuring every composition feels unique and expressive. Subtle irregularities celebrate the handmade process, adding depth and authenticity to the surface. Designed for walls and interior features, it offers a refined yet characterful backdrop that brings warmth, individuality, and a contemporary crafted aesthetic to any space.

Righe incerte by Spaghetti Wall

Designed by Claudio Meninno for Spaghetti Wall explores the beauty of gesture through a refined, freehand composition of fluid linear strokes. The pattern evokes the immediacy of hand-drawn movement, where irregularity and softness create a delicate visual rhythm across the surface. Rather than imposing structure, it allows the wall to breathe, introducing depth through subtle contrasts and spontaneous flow. The result is a decorative language that feels intimate and expressive, balancing artistic freedom with contemporary restraint. Righe Incerte transforms interior surfaces into quiet compositions of movement and light, where each line carries a sense of natural, unforced elegance.

Architecture meets outdoor living in Tikal, the kitchen collection designed by Nicola De Pellegrini for Talenti. Inspired by the monumental geometry of the ancient Mayan city of Tikal, the design is defined by clean lines, strong verticality, and a distinctly architectural presence. Crafted in Italy from zinc-magnesium alloy, stainless steel, and aluminum, the collection pairs durability with refined aesthetics through concrete-effect porcelain stoneware surfaces.

Updated with new finishes, Tikal evolves into a versatile system that includes the warmth of wood in Tikal Wood and the luminous purity of Tikal White. Modular and highly configurable, it transforms outdoor kitchens into sophisticated spaces for gathering, balancing nature, function, and contemporary design identity.

Launched during Milan Design Week, AXOR Archivio celebrates archival forms and classical details reimagined for today’s interiors. The resulting collection that bridges past and present is quietly expressive, beautifully balanced, and crafted to feel at home in any architectural setting. Drawing from historic typologies and transitional design principles, AXOR Archivio unites soft silhouettes, flowing contours, and refined accents. Available with either distinctive bloom-like cross handles or sculptural lever handles, each product invites the touch and conveys a sense of calm precision.

“We set out to create a new icon for AXOR – an object that’s instantly recognisable and lasting. The collection looks to the past while presenting it through a refined, contemporary lens, achieving a seamless balance between past and future,” said Barber Osgerby, the designer behind the collection.

With its elevated materiality, meticulous craftsmanship, and impeccably balanced proportions, the collection emanates a quiet yet unmistakably sophisticated luxury that is created for discerning interiors where design culture, architectural intention, and exclusivity come together in effortless harmony. “With AXOR Archivio, we are advancing our commitment to timeless design while expanding the architectural flexibility we offer to interior designers and bathroom planners. The collection’s harmony of form and detail demonstrates how enduring design can feel both familiar and refreshingly new,” Shared Olivier Sogno, VP of AXOR, Hansgrohe SE.

Across wash basin, bath, and shower applications, AXOR Archivio reveals a coherent design language. Cross handles with white inlays reinterpret traditional hot and cold markers with a subtle modernity. Smoothly curved spouts, bell-shaped bases, and thoughtful detailing speak to the craftsmanship behind the collection. Lever handles, with their natural rise and tactile invite, provide an equally refined alternative. Offered in AXOR FinishPlus surfaces, AXOR Archivio empowers designers to create bold contrasts or soft tonal palettes across a wide variety of configurations, including single-hole, three-hole, wall-mounted, and freestanding designs.

The signature three-hole faucet captures the essence of AXOR Archivio through its curved spout and softly shaped cross handles. Single-lever faucets come in a range of heights, while wall-mounted faucets are available in two- and three-hole variations with either handle style as well as in various spout lengths. The collection features a freestanding faucet for the bathtub as a visual standout, along with a wall-mounted bath spout and three-hole faucets for the tub.

AXOR Archivio encompasses concealed and exposed solutions for the shower, overhead and hand-held showers, shower sets and a porter unit, providing designers with comprehensive flexibility.

With its harmonious geometry, tactile principles, and broad adaptability, AXOR Archivio gives interior architects and bathroom planers a coherent design approach that feels timeless, expressive, and enduring across a full spectrum of bathroom ambiances.

A Brutalist Bathhouse by KOHLER

Kohler collaborated with Flamingo Estate at Milan Design Week to present The Bathhouse, a meditative environment exploring the creative tension that emerges from the convergence of opposing elements – nature and craft, geometric and organic, permanence and ephemerality. By bringing these elements into a state of balance, design becomes a pathway toward enduring and transformative personal wellness

Anchoring the installation was a monumental brutalist bathhouse, rising from a bed of untamed wildflowers and serving as a protective shell for quiet reflection. At the heart of the bathhouse, the new cast iron KOHER Reverie bath paired a timeless, understated form with a warm copper exterior, serving as an invitation to experience a deeper connection with nature.

“The Bathhouse is a meditation on ritual, nature, and the quiet power of materials,” said Richard Christiansen, Founder of Flamingo Estate. “We imagined a place where wildflowers, water, and light come together to create a sensory experience that reconnects us to the rhythms of the earth.” Surrounding the bathhouse, four custom, one-of-a-kind pollinator baths offered respite and hydration to pollinator species drawn into the installation by the blossoming flowers. Handmade by skilled artisans in Kohler’s historic foundry, the pieces are cast in iron and then flame‑sprayed with raw copper before the edges are finished to reveal two unique expressions of copper.

“For the Flamingo Estate Bathhouse, we wanted to explore the relationship between architecture and ecology, how design can create moments of care not just for people, but for the natural world around us,” said Michael Seum, VP of Global Design at Kohler Co. “The pollinator baths translate this idea into sculptural form, drawing from Brutalist principles on the exterior while softening into organic, nature informed surfaces within. It’s a reflection of our belief that design should hold space for both human ritual and environmental stewardship.

At Milan Design Week, H&M Home showcased a conceptual installation featuring key pieces from the Kelly Wearstler H&M Home upcoming collection. The display included an exclusive preview of objects from the collaboration, along with bespoke pieces in custom colours and sizes. Materials used for the collection include wood, metal, ceramics, marble, and textiles. This milestone marked a bold evolution for the brand, introducing furniture within a designer collaboration for the first time, complemented by smaller design objects. “This is my Milan Design Week debut, and H&M Home is the perfect partner,” shared Wearstler. “Their global presence and genius for storytelling align perfectly with my vision. Bringing this collection to life in Milan and showing people how the pieces come alive in a real space – that’s what excites me.”

“This collection represents many firsts for us. Having a presence at Milan Design Week has long been a dream, and with Kelly, we knew the moment was right,” shared Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, H&M Home Head of Design & Creative. “H&M Home has a global presence, but with this milestone we want to make an impact on customers and the design industry alike in a new way. Soaring columns and opulent frescoes at the venue created a striking juxtaposition with the collection’s bold contemporary aesthetic.

Built on the collection’s concepts of daily rituals and modular synergy, the installation was produced by the acclaimed Studio Boum. The story of the installation unfolds as an immersive, choreographed journey through the senses. Each room revealed a distinct dimension of this multifaceted experience, elevating every sense into a sacred act that guides visitors toward presence and connection. The collection launches in stores this September.

In an ode to plaid, one of the House’s first finished products, Loro Piana’s showcase adopted a curatorial language that focused on the finished pieces while revealing the raw material from which it originates: fibre and yarn. Central to Loro Piana’s identity, these elements were shown alongside the processes that transform them. Technique took centrestage with embroidery, appliqué, handloom weaving, needle punching, patchwork, and screen printing that each carried its own gestures, rhythms, and connotations. Historic symbols and graphic elements sourced from the House archives reappeared throughout the selection, translated into contemporary compositions.

Gea by Visionnaire

Gea, named after the Greek word for “earth,” is a lighting collection that explores the dialogue between light and matter through a distinctly geological lens. Inspired by stratigraphy, the design translates layered rock formations into luminous compositions of rhythm and depth. Hand-crafted opal glass slabs, arranged in calibrated warm and cool tones, create a dynamic interplay of transparency, texture, and color. A central LED source animates each layer, producing shifting iridescent effects. Developed as a modular system, Gea expands into pendant and wall-mounted variations, offering a cohesive yet expressive family that reflects the brand’s commitment to material storytelling and innovation.

AREA by Foster + Partners x Kettal

The Erosion Collection investigates materiality, geology and sculptural form within a series of pieces combining ergonomic considerations with sculptural expression. The MINERA Table and BRANCH Console established the foundation of the collection in 2024 through the expressive use of natural stone; with erosion and geological processes inspiring the collection’s fluid forms carved from solid marble that explore the sculptural potential of natural materials. Evolving into a broader dialogue, the collection introduces six new pieces presented at Salone del Mobile 2026 that expand both the material language and spatial perception of the series.

Within the refined context of Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Lutron created a controlled environment where light, shading, and architecture could be understood as one integrated system. Lutron demonstrated how its solutions shape the atmosphere, support the circadian rhythm, and enhance visual comfort across a space. These are not isolated features, but part of a coordinated system designed to perform seamlessly throughout the day.

On the occasion of Milan Design Week, on Wednesday, April 22, the Porro Milano showroom on Via Visconti di Modrone 29 hosted an immersive journey through a performance by the Milanese choreographer and director Isa Traversi, in dialogue with the installation by Piero Lissoni transforming it into an industrial landscape suspended between production and vision.

Salone del Mobile – From Aurea to Drafting Futures

Every year, Salone del Mobile gets bigger and better. This year, Aurea was conceived by Maison Numéro 20, a Parisian studio founded by Oscar Lucien Ono. The project took on the form of an imaginary hotel, divided into a series of rooms. Each room introduced a subtle variation of light, matter and atmosphere. Visitors move around freely, following a logic built on perceptions rather than functions. The spaces open up one after the other, like episodes, allowing an intimate and almost suspended dimension to emerge, in which design does not impose itself, but accompanies.

Kicking of the Drafting Futures series of talks was former identity Design Awards judge, Tosin Oshinowo, Principal Architect at Oshinowo Studio. Curated by Annalisa Rosso, Editorial & Cultural Director, Advisor of the Salone del Mobile, the series of talks brought together international speakers from the fields of architecture, design and research, fostering an open dialogue between diverse practices, contexts and visions. Held in the Drafting Futures Arena by Formafantasma, the programme spanned a range of geographies, disciplines and languages, developing as a space for the production of thought, where different disciplines do not merely coexist but intertwine to challenge established models and open up new perspectives.

A crowd favourite was Salone Raritas. Curated icons, unique objects and outsider pieces dedicated to collectible design, one-off pieces, limited editions and antiques brought in lots of interest. Hosted in the Pavillion 9 and curated by Annalisa Rosso, Editorial & Cultural Director, Advisor to the Salone del Mobile.Milano, with exhibition design by Formafantasma, in collaboration with Cleaf, the project bought together an international selection of galleries, designers and creators to create a space where extraordinary objects find a new context for engaging with the world of design.

With AXOR Incava designed by Antonio Citterio, a shower environment is liberated from visible technology and transformed into a sanctuary of stillness, architecture, and contemporary ritual. Created to form a statement, a fully integrated object unites thermostat control, hand-held shower, and storage niche in one harmonious design, disappearing almost entirely within the wall. What remains is space for water, light, and atmosphere to take center stage.

“AXOR Incava represents a fundamental shift in bathroom design,” says designer Antonio Citterio. “By eliminating protruding parts—no handles, knobs, or visible elements—it transforms the bathroom from a technical space into a clear, integrated environment where the ritual of bathing becomes a tranquil experience. You move beyond the traditional notion of the bathroom and gain an entirely new spatial quality.”

Architectural Purity in Just 11 Millimeters

With understated elegance,AXOR Incava seamlessly integrates into any refined interior. Its signature soft-square escutcheon, extending just 11 millimeters from the wall, frames a perfectly flat front surface—purposefully quiet, yet undeniably expressive.Within this architectural clarity, function and form blend effortlessly. Here are some of the key features:

Flush-integrated Select buttons for precise thermostat control

Two finely knurled push buttons for water volume and temperature

An almost invisible 1-jet hand-held shower that appears only with a gentle press

A spacious ten-centimeter-deep storage niche

Soft volume meets compositional freedom in Paco, a modular sofa system designed by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba. Defined by fluid lines and balanced proportions, the design embraces comfort as a spatial element, with generous padding and a low, enveloping profile that feels both inviting and refined. Its modular nature allows seamless configurations, adapting effortlessly to different layouts while maintaining visual harmony. Soft yet structured forms create continuity, giving each arrangement a cohesive identity.

Carefully selected fabrics enhance tactility and depth, while precise detailing underscores craftsmanship. Paco emerges as a quiet, contemporary system flexible, elegant, and designed to evolve naturally within modern interiors.

KREOO

Kreoo, the Italian brand renowned for its innovative approach to marble and stone, present its latest creations designed by Luca Nichetto, Musina and Posso reinterpret the historic Venetian vera da pozzo the carved stone wells traditionally found throughout Venice. Translating this architectural archetype into contemporary design, the two countertop washbasins explore the relationship between geometry, material, and memory through the expressive qualities of marble.

Musina combines a circular inner basin with an octagonal outer structure carved from a single block of stone. Subtle protruding facets and softly contoured edges create a dynamic surface that highlights the natural veining of the marble. Posso echoes the octagonal theme with delicately concave faces and a refined base trim, giving the form a lighter, sculptural presence. Together, the pieces reinterpret a historic object through precise geometry and material depth, transforming tradition into a contemporary design language.

STEPEVI

STEPEVI presents A Softer World, a living textile installation by Swedish artist Alfhild Külper at its Via dell’Orso 9 showroom. Conceived as a forest of emotion, the work transforms leftover yarns from STEPEVI’s Caresse collection into a tactile, immersive environment.

Designed with Carolina Nisivoccia, the installation celebrates upcycling, material mindfulness, and the interplay of light, tone, and texture. A Softer World is a contemplative space where craft, emotion, and design converge, creating a living dialogue between materials and human experience.

VISIONNAIRE

Bloomington, designed by Mauro Lipparini, is a sculptural exploration of gesture and material. Its curving, calla-inspired silhouette asserts itself as a three-dimensional volume, defining space even before it welcomes the body.

The polished outer shell reflects light, amplifying tension and curvature, while the trumpet-shaped base rises like a structural stem, lifting the seat into a suspended, chalice-like posture. Asymmetrical armrests and backrest introduce a deliberate dynamism, breaking conventional symmetry and engaging the surrounding environment. Every line is intentional, merging structure and elegance, while comfort remains inherent yet understated. BLOOMINGTON transforms seating into a spatial statement of presence and poise.

RASTELLI

Fabula by Rastelli reinterprets classical design through a contemporary lens, where balance meets modern expression. Warm washed oak, steel, and glass create open, luminous volumes, while matte Cava Noir Desir surfaces and titanium-finished handles add tactile depth. Geometric precision and seamless appliance integration ensure clarity and harmony. Fabula transforms the kitchen into a space of calm, presence, and daily balance.

LODES

Designed by Vittorio Venezia and Carolina Martinelli for Lodes, Axia reinterprets the chandelier through a contemporary lens, exploring the delicate balance between light, form and technology. Structured around a slender central axis, the suspension lamp integrates electrical conduction directly within its body, eliminating visible cables and allowing the form to remain visually pure. From this tapered core, arms extend outward in a rhythmic composition, creating a sense of equilibrium and lightness while distributing soft, diffused illumination.

The design transforms a technical system into a decorative gesture, where function and structure become integral to the lamp’s visual language. Finished in metallic surfaces such as Glossy Bronze or Black Chrome, Axia highlights the reflective qualities of metal while maintaining a refined architectural presence. The result is a lighting object where engineering and minimal form converge to create a luminous, sculptural statement.

DIVIANA

Defined by clarity of form and a strong graphic rhythm, the Sunset Collection by Marco Corti translates indoor sensibilities into an outdoor setting. Generous proportions and clean lines create a relaxed yet structured presence. Striped fabrics introduce a bold visual identity, adding movement and contrast while anchoring each piece. The interplay of soft upholstery and a precise metal frame balances comfort with stability.

Powder-coated finishes and high-performance textiles enhance durability without compromising refinement. The result is a cohesive, contemporary system where graphic expression and minimal design shape a distinctive outdoor language.

Ideagroup

Ideagroup opens Spazio Milano to reveal Architectural Forms. Human Spaces, a showcase of design where geometry meets human experience. The Cubik collection by Riccardo Gava exemplifies this vision: minimalist 45-degree edges, handle-less fronts, and modular innovations create a seamless visual rhythm.

New finishes from natural woods to marble-effect laminates and versatile coloured glass expand creative possibilities, while refined proportions respond to everyday living. Every detail, from texture to alignment, emphasizes the dialogue between architectural form and personal comfort. Cubik transforms bathroom furniture into a carefully composed space where elegance, material richness, and functional clarity coexist in harmony.

Ortega Diago reshapes the ground floor of the Memory Center in San Sebastián into an environment where architecture itself fosters care and serenity. The dense structural grid is embraced rather than hidden, providing a rhythmic framework for new volumes and partitions.

Rough, coarse-grained stone walls give tactile presence, while stainless steel surfaces catch and diffuse light, introducing subtle reflections that animate the space. Large perforated pivoting doors act as both dividers and dynamic filters, casting geometric shadows that shift with the movement of sunlight. The design prioritises domesticity and comfort. Sand-toned textile-appearance flooring softens circulation, and perimeter curtains offer acoustic and visual separation from the urban surroundings. Wood and leather furniture adds warmth, scale, and material richness. Circulation is conceived as a gentle, meandering journey, where light, texture, and structure guide visitors through a carefully orchestrated experience. The Memory Center becomes a space where architecture nurtures, supports, and accompanies its users.

Petal by Marco Zito for Bross transforms everyday seating and surfaces into a refined design statement. Conceived by Venetian architect and designer Marco Zito, Petal is a versatile collection of benches, coffee tables, and stools, seamlessly bridging functionality and sculptural elegance.

Its defining feature lies in the fully upholstered structure, available in leather or fabric, with inward-curved sides and softly rounded corners. The seat or ashwood top fits seamlessly within the frame, creating a continuous, uninterrupted surface that emphasises proportion, materiality, and subtle detailing. Petal’s modularity and adaptability make it ideal for conversation areas, living spaces, bedrooms, and waiting zones, offering both comfort and visual harmony. Each piece reflects Bross’s dedication to craftsmanship while exploring contemporary materials and finishes, resulting in a tactile and architectural presence.

Through Petal, Zito transforms everyday furniture into objects of quiet sophistication, where soft details and structural clarity define the identity of the entire product family.

Emerging from the wall as a faceted volume, Android by Daniel Libeskind for Antrax IT transforms the radiator into a sculptural object that transcends function. Its design evolves the traditional flat plate into a dynamic three-dimensional relief defined by crisp folds and sharp angles. This faceted surface captures and manipulates light, creating a play of shadows and depth that changes with perspective whether mounted horizontally or vertically. As Antrax IT celebrates its 10th anniversary, Android stands as a defining example of the brand’s commitment to design innovation. The rhythmic sequence of folds and edges forms a striking visual cadence, giving the radiator an architectural presence that engages its environment. The Android IQ variant intensifies this language through bold diagonal cuts, amplifying movement and geometric tension. Every detail, from proportion to material finish, reflects a meticulous balance between artistry and purpose. Complementary accessories, including towel rails shaped to echo the radiator’s contours, extend the design vocabulary.

Pod

Pod, The Fresh Light by Burkhard Dämmer is a study in restrained geometry and subtle illumination. Each strip of the Pod is separated by a narrow gap, allowing only glimpses of light to escape, transforming the pendant into a layered sculptural object rather than a simple light source. Its medium size and refined proportions create a balanced presence, whether installed alone or grouped with other Pod lights. The interplay of solid and void, light and shadow, defines its visual rhythm, producing a luminous sculpture that engages with the surrounding space.

Pod’s design is intentionally unassuming, yet highly considered: the spacing of each strip, the curvature, and the alignment of the elements all contribute to a composition that is both precise and expressive. It elevates everyday lighting into an architectural gesture, where form, detail, and light converge into a coherent, contemporary statement.

Solace

Beirut-based Studio Bazazo founded by Lebanese architect Ahmed Bazazo has launched Solace, a chair that takes the form of a sculptural installation offering a space of reclusion and privacy. Conceived as an abstract confessional booth, Solace is a sculptural installation presenting two adjoined seats separated by 2.5-meter-high curved screens of wooden spheres. With its high and imposing structure and gentle curves, the chairs encourage an intimate retreat from the outside world. “Solace stands as an object hand crafted by Lebanese artisans out of solid beech wood and brushed steel,” says Bazazo. “It is inspired by a confessional booth, one which invites the user to sit, reflect, and confess their deepest inner thoughts, in a place of comfort and introspection.” He notes that the chairs, clad in warm, textured surfaces, also explores the complex and often conflicting relationship individuals have with the city of Beirut.

The object, which was launched during We Design Beirut 2025, stages a dialogue between attraction, nostalgia and escape – sentiments that are commonly used to describe the city of Beirut and its myriad complexities. Solace, explains Bazazo, invites reflection on the personal and collective ideas or “confessions” as he calls them, that are carried about Beirut. The object stands still, tall, proud and determined yet also enclosed as if to cherish, reflect and protect.

IlQuadro

Carimali introduces a new single control plate version, The wall-mounted washbasin mixer from the IlQuadro series distills tapware to its purest geometric expression. Rooted in the dialogue between square and circle, its design balances structural rigor with fluid continuity. The square backplate establishes a precise architectural frame, while the circular control introduces a softer, dynamic counterpoint. This measured contrast defines a composition that is both restrained and expressive. In the single control plate configuration, the separation of spout and mixer through independent escutcheons enhances the clarity of each element. Every component is treated as an autonomous volume, aligned with exacting proportion and spacing. The result is a modular system that emphasises order, rhythm, and visual lightness on the wall plane. Surfaces and finishes further articulate the form, capturing light along edges and curves to reveal depth and definition. Reduced to its essential lines, the washbasin mixer becomes a discreet architectural gesture, where geometry and function resolve into a refined, timeless presence.

At Studio 971, design is defined by discipline and the belief that the smallest detail shapes the entire experience of a space. Within this philosophy, Dedalo emerges as a refined interior solution created to enhance living systems and wardrobes with architectural clarity and structural precision. Conceived specifically for modular compositions, Dedalo integrates seamlessly into open living units and bespoke storage environments. Its role is subtle yet transformative. By refining internal frameworks and sharpening proportions, it ensures that every junction, panel and finish feels intentional. Lines appear cleaner, transitions more fluid, and compositions more resolved. Rather than competing with surrounding elements, Dedalo supports them, allowing the overall design to feel cohesive and complete.

Positioned alongside distinguished brands such as Arrital, Lema and Novamobili, Dedalo reflects Studio 971’s commitment to solutions that balance innovation with timeless elegance. It is tailored for architects and interior designers seeking technical excellence, as well as for homeowners who appreciate refined simplicity in everyday living.

What distinguishes Dedalo is its disciplined restraint. It enhances modular living systems and wardrobe designs without overpowering them, strengthening detailing while preserving visual harmony. Continuity across materials and finishes is maintained, enabling both minimalist interiors and more expressive spaces to achieve sharper execution and elevated finishing standards.

Beyond aesthetics, Dedalo improves performance. Its precision engineering supports durability and functionality, ensuring that beauty is matched by reliability. For design professionals, it offers greater flexibility in execution; for end users, it delivers enduring quality woven seamlessly into daily life.

As part of the Studio 971 collection, Dedalo embodies a considered approach to contemporary interiors one where true luxury lies not in excess, but in precision.

BELLHOP BY FLOS

Developed by Flos in collaboration with British designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, Bellhop Glass expands the iconic Bellhop family into a refined collection of suspension and ceiling lamps in blown glass, designed to offer both diffused ambient light and precise illumination from below.

When a design achieves widespread recognition, its form naturally becomes archetypal. Bellhop follows this trajectory, reinterpreted here through the softness and depth of blown glass, which lends the lamp a lighter, more tactile presence while preserving its distinctive silhouette.

The suspension version is defined by a carefully engineered double opening: one at the top to house the electrical components, and a second at the bottom, framed by a coloured aluminium ring that directs a focused, non-dazzling cone of light onto the surface below. Light expands evenly within the glass body, creating a warm, homogeneous glow throughout the space. A painted metal cylinder emerging from the top references the original Bellhop design, while the lateral exit of the electrical cable introduces a subtle, choreographic detail that transforms a technical element into an intentional design gesture.

KAMEH

Kameh Design Miami

KAMEH 0.6 draws inspiration from the desert rose, a natural crystal formation of gypsum and barite, whose layered petals balance delicacy with endurance. This duality informs the collection, where crystalline forms become functional sculptures that feel unearthed rather than made.

The works explore scale, texture, and materiality: charred timber evokes both tactile memory and resilience, its matte surface strengthened by fire, while raw stones and mirrored plinths introduce reflection, depth, and shifting perspectives. Small-scale handcrafting in the UAE ensures each piece carries subtle irregularities, celebrating human touch alongside natural influence.

KAMEH 0.6 transforms mineral growth into domestic design, bridging landscape and interior. Objects invite contemplation through contrast, intimate detail versus expansive presence, permanence versus impermanence. Each sculpture becomes a portal to the desert, where material, craft, and space converge into a thoughtful, sculptural experience that embodies memory, movement, and quiet strength.

Lago presents the Mezz’aria armchair, designed by Daniele Lago, exploring lightness and suspension through a pronounced cantilever, where structure appears to defy gravity while remaining solid and reassuring. Its quilted padding wraps the seat and backrest, combining comfort with visual refinement.

The dynamic silhouette and unique leg inclination give the chair a distinctive presence, emphasising innovation in both form and function. Designed for versatility, Mezz’aria adapts seamlessly to residential and contract spaces, maintaining its sculptural integrity across different environments. Available in a range of finishes and upholstery, the armchair responds to varied stylistic interpretations, balancing technical precision with elegance. Mezz’aria exemplifies a furniture language where form, comfort, and materiality converge, creating a piece that is simultaneously functional, expressive, and sculptural.

Giopato & Coombes presented Mini Maxi at their Paris gallery, the collection brought together a constellation of works, during Maison&Objet in January 2026. The presentation explored how changes in scale transform the perception of light and space.

The collection featured Bolle Small and Bolle Large, with scale as its central concept. In the Mini versions, light appeared as delicate bubbles: compact, intimate forms meant to be discovered up close. In contrast, the Maxi versions stretched into the suspended space, occupying the room with a slow, orbiting presence that engaged with the environment as a whole.

Through this contrast, Bolle offered two complementary experiences: leaning in to appreciate intricate detail, or stepping back to take in the full spatial effect. Scale became more than a measurement, it became a tool to shape intensity, presence, and atmosphere, making the collection both visually captivating and conceptually expressive.

Designed by La Récréation for MARIONI, the Palm series is part of the Notorious collection, which explores a playful reinterpretation of 1930s–40s seaside architecture through furniture and lighting. Combining brass structures, lacquered wood shelves, and ceramic elements, the collection creates pieces of varying heights and proportions that are both functional and visually striking.

The Palm floor lamp exemplifies this approach. Alternating truncated conical ceramic elements in contrasting aquamarine and black, it rests on a brushed brass base and is crowned by a spherical satin glass diffuser. The combination of geometric forms, rich materials, and contrasting tones creates a light that is both elegant and original, while maintaining a reassuring aesthetic quality.

Ceramic components are available in multiple glaze combinations, allowing each lamp to be customised to suit residential or hospitality settings. As with all pieces in the Notorious collection, careful attention to detail and adherence to safety standards ensure a product that is both beautiful and enduring.

MUSOLA

Musola made its debut at Maison&Objet Paris 2026 with a selection of furniture that explores the intersection of structure, material, and adaptability, proposing a design language conceived to move seamlessly between outdoor and interior spaces. The collection is defined by clean geometries, sculptural volumes, and a careful balance between technical performance and visual lightness.

Tables, seating systems, and sofas reveal a consistent approach to design, where modularity and proportion guide each piece. Ceramic surfaces, metal structures, and upholstered elements are combined to create furniture that feels both robust and refined, capable of adapting to different settings without losing its identity.

Designed in collaboration with studios such as Yonoh, Santiago Sevillano, and Carlos Guijarro, the collection reflects a shared focus on versatility and clarity of form. Together, the pieces create a cohesive landscape of contemporary furniture, where durability, comfort, and design precision define a timeless approach to living across spaces.

In the UAE’s increasingly layered design landscape, HMA Living by Al Shamsi operates at the intersection of curation and storytelling. Rather than regarding accessories as secondary gestures, the company treats them as narrative tools and objects that anchor interiors through meaning as much as material presence. Many of the pieces curated by the company arrive with stories already embedded within them. Names, forms and materials often draw from mythology, nature or imagined worlds, while others rely on anthropomorphic, organic or geomorphic silhouettes that trigger familiarity. These objects invite interpretation, recalling personal memories, travel or cultural references that resonate differently from one interior to the next. HMA Living by Al Shamsi’s approach to curation favours emotional clarity over abundance. Objects are chosen not to fill a room, but to shape its atmosphere by creating environments where tactility, energy and comfort coexist with a strong sense of identity. Sculptural vases, decorative forms and collectible design pieces are introduced as focal points, encouraging engagement through sight, touch and spatial rhythm.

Among the Italian brands represented, Bosa and Gufram exemplify two distinct yet complementary approaches to narrative-driven design. Bosa is known for pushing ceramic craftsmanship into expressive territory, collaborating with designers such as Elena Salmistraro, Matteo Cibic and Jaime Hayon. Their work often sits between art and object, characterised by vivid colour, hybrid forms and a sense of animation. Totemic figures and fantastical creatures emerge as sculptural accents, translating emotion and symbolism into contemporary ceramic design.

Gufram offers a more radical counterpoint. Now part of the Italian Radical Design group alongside Memphis Milano and Meritalia, the brand continues to challenge conventional notions of function and décor. Its iconic Cactus remains one of the most recognisable sculptural objects in interiors, blurring the line between furniture, art and cultural commentary. Recent reinterpretations, including the Andy Warhol Limited Edition, extend this legacy through a dialogue with pop culture, irony and collectability.

These brands reflect a broader curatorial ethos that treats interiors as evolving narratives, shaped by objects that carry cultural weight, conceptual depth and emotional presence.
